Cap Plongée
Antoine Mittau
I want to give divers who meet me a simple idea: "when you feel good in the water, you like to stay there for a long time."
Diver since 1997,
Diving instructor and rebreather diver since 2012, I became professional in 2017.
Diving is a relaxing sport for me; nature immerses me in true contemplation; preparing the activity and designing projects around diving stimulate me.
After more than 20 years of practice, I realize that the "subject of diving" is ever broader and that I still have a lot to discover.
Today I am a tutor for professional French diving instructors for the CREPS.
I am also a technical diving instructor trainer at the American IANTD school.
In 2020, I created Mare Nostrum to share my passion.
My boat “Le Rougail” (BWA 7.40 diving team) will, I hope, be a vector of emotions for you (as for me).
In 2022, I'm taking over Bruno Cazade's diving club, Cap Plongée. See you underwater soon!

Diver:
I am a 3B diver,
Hypoxic diver on Shark and rEvo.
I am also a critical care nurse.
A former member of the 2019 Under The Pole mission, a Trimix rebreather diver, and also a nurse on the Why, the expedition boat, I have kept very good memories, relationships and good practices in contact with exceptional divers, videographers and scientists.
I remain very open to this type of expedition and would be delighted to participate in the exploration missions that you plan to organize or to put my resources (my know-how, my boat and my recyclers) at your service!
Tutor of monitors:
“I would be happy to share a diving season with you!”
DEJEPS E4
Tutor of MF1 interns and interns from CREPS in Antibes and Montpellier.
"If, like me, you have a good listening skills and a taste for quality work for the divers you supervise, don't hesitate to contact me!"

The team of monitors
Almost all year round you will find Bruno, Adrien and Antoine available at the center, they live close to the center and will be able to take you diving whatever the season if the weather permits.
We have a great team of instructors in the summer. Many of our state-certified diving instructors have other professions: Sandrine is a school teacher, Jérôme is a diver and ski instructor... This diversity of people is our strength because each instructor has their own area of expertise.

If you're an English speaker, Malcolm or Sandrine, who are bilingual, will be your ideal advisors! The entire team speaks at least a little Globish! All of our center's instructors are DEJEPS or BPJEPS graduates. We welcome instructors on professional training courses every year.
